Marco Leon, VP of Applications Engineering for CAT Digital, brings over two decades of experience from Solar Turbines and Caterpillar, excelling in design, field engineering, product support management, and digital roles. In his current role, he leads a team that delivers industry-leading technical solutions to support Caterpillar's customers worldwide. Under his leadership, CAT Digital has grown to over 2,200 employees globally, with nearly 800 based in India.
