Ritika Nigam, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Lincode Labs Inc., is a pioneering force in the convergence of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and lean manufacturing technologies. Since founding Lincode in 2017, she has led the development of a groundbreaking platform incorporating multiple patent-pending innovations.

With a career spanning nearly two decades in the software industry, Ritika's expertise was honed through key roles at industry giants like Microsoft, ADP, and Meddiff Technologies. Prior to Lincode, she served as CTO at PurpleData, steering the company to a successful acquisition by Klouddata Inc. A graduate in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, Ritika has consistently driven technological advancement and innovation throughout her career.
